Joshua Vargas is an interdisciplinary researcher, designer, and geospatial data scientist with a passion for Global South urbanisation. He is currently a research assistant at ETH Zürich Future Cities Laboratory Global, leveraging his interests in urban planning, government relations, and data science to help FCL create impact in Asian cities. He is also working with fellow urbanists to build a new community, Young Urbanists of Southeast Asia.
